Raised in a CPA family, and as a partner at Montgomery & Company, CPAs, Joe is well aware of the challenges that face today’s leaders; an evolving workforce, rapid changes in client expectation, major technology disruption, and the seeming elusive fight for work-life balance. Joe has spent hundreds of hours coaching small business clients and loves firm owners. While creating a self-sustaining local firm, he has made connections with hundreds of accounting firm leaders and coached many. Now, Joe is devoting all his time to helping modern firm leaders.
